How
For an individual learner, determine what are low, medium, and big eff ort tasks or instructions. Create a clear plan for providing corresponding sizes of rewards.
Context
This strategy is best for individual learners who have a particular task or instruction that is frequently challenging for them. That way, when they do engage in this skill, we will be prepared to recognize and celebrate them!
