Frequently Asked Questions

How will RBTs access the course?
Pro accounts include unlimited shares. To assign the course, simply enter the email of the person you’d like to share it with. They’ll receive an email prompting them to sign up. Once they create their account, the course will be unlocked and ready for them to view.
How can I track if my staff have completed the assigned trainings?
Our staff trainings will include a short questionnaire that generates a completion certificate. Team members can complete the questionnaire and share the certificate with their supervisor.
How many trainings can a BCBA assign?
Unlimited. BCBAs can assign as many trainings as they’d like to staff, caregivers, and educators.
Do you offer CEUs for RBTs?
We will beginning offering RBT CEUs in 2026, when they become mandatory. CEUs will be included with each Pro account at no additional cost. One Pro account can share unlimited CEU access with their behavior technicians.
Will I be charged if I start a free trial?
No, you will not be charged. Signing up for a free trial does not require any credit card information. You’ll have full access to a trial version for four weeks. After the trial ends, your account will convert to a view-only mode, where you can still view BIPs but won’t be able to create new ones.
