1 CEU: Waitlist to Welcome

Turn the ABA waitlist from a gap into an opportunity — give families what they need to start succeeding right now.

This 1 CEU training shows BCBAs how to meaningfully support families during the often months-long wait for ABA services. You'll learn how to conduct an intake that builds genuine trust, what to give families immediately, and how to lay the therapeutic foundation that makes services more effective from day one.

What You'll Learn

  • Design a waitlist experience that builds trust and prepares families for ABA therapy
  • Identify and deliver practical strategies families can implement immediately while waiting
  • Conduct an intake process that gathers meaningful information and feels genuinely welcoming
  • Set realistic expectations about ABA that prevent early dropout and build lasting partnerships
  • Build a therapeutic relationship foundation that makes the first session a continuation — not a cold start

Who Is This For

BCBAs who want to serve families well before services even begin.
