  • Explain the key components of the MOTAS-EL assessment process, including LOOP interviews, stakeholder input, developmental milestone progression, and the use of domain ratings to guide individualized assessment and treatment planning.

About the Instructors

Morgan van Diepen, M.Ed., BCBA is the founder of BIP Visualized, where she has developed extensive content around meaningful, family-centered treatment planning and behavior support. She facilitated and co-presented this training alongside the creators of the MOTAS-EL.

This course was co-created and co-presented with Anika Hoybjerg, BCBA-D, Casey Barron, BCBA, and Celia Heyman, BCBA-D — the researchers and developers behind the Meaningful Outcomes Treatment and Assessment Scale for Early Learners (MOTAS-EL). Their direct expertise in the development and validation of this assessment makes them the primary subject matter authorities for this course.
